In 2025, Adams County will see elections for a wide range of positions, including County Row Offices, Clerk of Courts, County Treasurer, Sheriff, County Judgeships, Magisterial District Judges, School Board Directors, Township Supervisors, Borough Council Members, Mayors, Tax Collectors, Auditors, Constables, Judges of Election, and Inspectors of Election.


It’s time to put ADAMS FIRST by stepping up and getting more involved in your community—there’s a role for everyone! Act 77

ACT 77 - NO EXCUSE MAIL-IN VOTING

You do not need to provide a reason or excuse if you want to use a mail-in ballot. The county must receive your application for a mail-in ballot by 5:00 p.m. on the Tuesday before the election.
