The Adams County Republican Committee (“ACRC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers a mobile messaging program (the “Program”) subject to these SMS Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). By opting in, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree or no longer wish to participate, reply STOP to any message from us to opt out.

1. Consent and Program Description

By providing your mobile number (via our website forms, texting a keyword to our short/long code, signing up at events, or other methods) and opting into the Program, you give your express consent to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS/MMS) from ACRC at the number you provided. These messages may include:

Campaign updates, event information, and volunteer opportunities
Get-Out-The-Vote (GOTV) reminders and election-related notices
Calls to action, issue alerts, and informational content
Occasional donation or fundraising solicitations

Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or donation. You confirm you are the authorized user of the phone number (or have permission from the account holder) and that you are at least 13 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

2. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data charges will apply according to your plan. ACRC is not responsible for these charges.

3. Opt-Out

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation message, after which you will no longer receive SMS messages from the Program. To re-subscribe later, simply opt in again through one of our designated methods.

5. Carriers and Delivery

Supported carriers include (but are not limited to) AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, U.S. Cellular, and most major U.S. wireless providers. Carrier list may change. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile operator. The Program is provided on an “as is” basis.

6. Privacy and Data Use

Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes unless required by law. We may use information such as your mobile number, carrier, message content/timestamps, and other details you provide to deliver the Program and related services. 7. Changes and Termination

ACRC reserves the right to modify these Terms, change the Program, or terminate the service at any time, with or without notice. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.8. Additional Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
